UI / UX Internship

Conduct user interviews with existing and potential users.

Design, prototype, and test ideas using Figma with existing and potential users.

Maintain our design system by updating existing components, or creating new ones.

Participate in our daily standups and bi-weekly sprint planning, review, and retrospective.

Attend weekly design critiques with designers across teams to improve our craft.

Understand the design process of turning user needs into working prototypes.

Understand basic design principles like visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.

Has experience with Figma and all it's latest features.

Detail oriented, a great listener, and a team player.

Worked with a team on a side project (Optional, but highly recommended).

Can show 1-2 products you designed that highlight the requirements above.
