Konan, our decisioning and workflow platform, digitizes credit decisioning end to end inside banks and lenders. Doxter, our document intelligence platform, turns unstructured client documents into structured, usable data. We implement both inside regulated financial institutions across MENA and LATAM, and our Delivery team is the function that turns a signed contract into a live, value-generating platform.

About the Role

This is a deliberate growth role. As a Junior Project Manager, you will join our global Project Management team and work directly under a Senior Project Manager, supporting several concurrent Konan and Doxter implementations at once. You will learn the craft of enterprise delivery by doing it: keeping plans current, running the rhythm of client meetings, chasing actions to closure, and making sure every stakeholder knows exactly where the project stands.

You will start by owning defined workstreams within larger projects, and progressively take on more of the client relationship and delivery ownership as your judgement and product knowledge grow. Within 12 to 18 months, we expect the right person to be ready to own a project end to end as a Project Manager I.

We are not hiring for what you know today. We are hiring for structure, ownership, and the drive to grow quickly in a demanding, client-facing environment.

What You Will Do

Project Coordination & Tracking

• Build and maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) in ClickUp, our delivery platform, under the direction of your Senior PM.

• Track every action item, decision, and dependency to closure, following up across client and internal teams without needing to be reminded.

• Keep project health (RAG status) accurate and current, and flag risks, slippage, and blockers to your Senior PM early, with a clear view of impact and options.

• Support milestone planning and acceptance, including collecting the sign-off evidence required to close a milestone and trigger invoicing.

Client Communication & Meetings

• Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and materials ahead of client calls, workshops, and steering committee meetings.

• Produce clear, accurate meeting minutes within 24 hours, with owners and due dates on every action.

• Join client calls from day one, and progressively lead weekly check-ins and working sessions on your own.

• Draft weekly status reports and client updates in professional English and Arabic, tailored to both business and IT audiences.

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers, Solutions Architects, Product, QA, and our Konan subject matter experts to keep delivery tasks moving and aligned.

• Translate client requests and context into clear briefs for internal teams, and translate internal updates back to clients in plain business language.

• Support the handoffs that matter most: from Sales into Delivery at kick-off, and from Delivery to Customer Success after go-live.

Documentation & Delivery Standards

• Prepare and maintain project artefacts including project charters, delivery plans, meeting minutes, UAT and milestone sign-offs, change requests, and handover documents.

• Keep all documentation accurate, version-controlled, and stored where the team can find it.

• Apply our PM playbook, templates, and ways of working consistently, and suggest improvements based on what you see on the ground.

Product & Domain Learning

• Build a working understanding of Konan and Doxter capabilities and how they map to client needs such as loan origination, onboarding, and credit policy automation.

• Develop a practical understanding of how banks and lenders operate: credit products, underwriting, risk policy, compliance, and the role of IT and InfoSec in a regulated environment.

We are looking for raw ingredients rather than a finished product: someone organised, precise, and relentlessly reliable, who takes ownership of their work and is hungry to grow into a full Project Manager.

Background & Experience

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in a structured, client-facing, or coordination role. Internships, graduate programmes, consulting, PMO, operations, or project coordination roles all count.

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred, but we care more about how you think and work than what you studied.

• Any exposure to banking, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software environments is a meaningful advantage.

Organisation & Execution

• Highly organised and disciplined: able to manage many moving parts across several projects without dropping anything.

• Strong attention to detail. In this role, a missed action or an inaccurate minute has real consequences for the client and for us.

• Takes initiative: sees what needs doing and does it, rather than waiting to be told.

• Comfortable with pace, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.

Communication

• Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken). This is mandatory.

• Clear, concise, well-structured writing; able to produce minutes, updates, and documents that need little editing.

• Confident and composed in client meetings, even when not leading them yet.

Critical Thinking

• Able to break a messy situation into clear, ordered next steps.

• Asks good questions early to surface assumptions, risks, and hidden dependencies.

• Checks their own work and does not stop at a surface-level understanding.

Nice to Have

• CAPM, Google Project Management Certificate, or a similar entry-level project management certification.

• Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Notion, or a similar tool.

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Interest in AI and its applications in financial services.
